We were taught about proper handling of waiter's tray. It's not that difficult if the content of the tray is few but if its many it's very hard especially if it's long distance. Base from what I've learned there are two types of how you handle the tray, the professional way and the trying-hard-to-be-professional way .hekhek. and if you are delivering drinks in a short distance only the tray should be in the waist level but if it's far it should be in the shoulder level.
Our instructor was demostrating to us first before we had our turns. I'am a bit nervous fearing that he will call me first. lolz. I'am afraid that the tray might fall. Actually it did happened but not in my turn. Most of us who tried broke some of the bottles.
And this is one of them. We were so happy that time. Look at their faces... Hahaha.. Fortunately I did not broke any bottles. After the excercise we broke, if I' am not mistaken, 3-5 bottles.
