I really hate some traffic lights in Cebu. They are really puzzling sometimes. One time while I was walking and I decided to transfer to the other side of the road the traffic light shows the go signal to walk but there are still cars running. If I did continue walking I was probably hit and I' am not writing this entry now. hehehe..I' am not really sure though if the problem is in the traffic lights or its in the jeepney drivers who don't know how to follow rules. Lol
